Today a strange dog came in our yard and I picked ~~a fight with~~ on him, which I thought was all right. But Mother didn’t so I got a spanking. After dinner I played with Richard while he watched television.

Today I went with Carol while she delivered her Girl Scout cookies. I almost got in a few fights. After dinner I went to bed with Richard.

Today I got in a real fight with Guppie. He bit me on my nose and my paw. I bit him too. I won I think.

Today I went to the playfield with Richard. After awhile I went home. After dinner Mother and Richard played tennis.

Today Mom and Pop came to our house. I started to pick on a puppy (not too small). Richard spanked me with his mitt.

Today I went to the playfield with Richard. He played tennis. After awhile I went home and played with Carol.

Today we went to Centralia. On the way we stopped in Olympia. I went in the Capitol with Carol and Rich. I slid down a runway with Carol. It was fun.

I didn’t know they allowed dogs in the Capitol. They probably don’t anymore. Not after Stormy slid down the runway.

Today I went with Carol while she sold Scout cookies. In the afternoon I played with Mother and Richard.

Today everyone kept leaving the house. At 3:45 Mother an Carol left for Carols dance. At 4:15 Richard left to play basketball. At night Richard went to a movie. He got home at 11:30.

Ooooh! 11:30 is a little late to be coming home, Richard! Geez, what’s Stormy doing anyway, sitting by the door with a watch all day? Also, this is a rare instance where Stormy felt the need to record the actual date—April 1st.

At night when Richard came home from Scout meeting he put his coat collar up and came towards the porch. I barked at him. Afterwards Dad rassled me and Richard. It was fun.
